Shipping and Delivery
All orders are shipped from our international warehouses.
A tracking number from Grace & Edward's will be sent by email once your order has left our warehouse.
Every piece is carefully packed to make sure it reaches you in perfect condition.
When can I expect my order?
We usually need 1 to 3 business days to process your order.
Delivery times after dispatch worldwide: 5-12 days (Monday to Saturday)
These are estimates. Delays can occur due to high demand, weather, carriers or customs procedures.
My delivery time has passed — where is my order?
Most orders arrive within the expected timeframe, but delays do happen.
If your order still hasn't arrived 3 days after the expected delivery date, please email us at help@graceedwardjewelry.com and we'll look into it with the carrier right away.
Order tracking
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email.
To ensure smooth delivery, please enter an accurate email address at checkout. Creating an account is optional, but it makes tracking your package easier.
Tracking issues
If you experience issues with your tracking number or package delivery, we recommend:
- Contacting the courier directly as a first step
- Allowing 1 to 4 business days for your tracking information to appear online
In rare cases, tracking may not update, but your order will still be on its way.

Customs and import duties
For international deliveries, import duties, VAT or customs fees may apply depending on your country. These charges are set by local authorities and are the customer's responsibility. Any delays caused by customs are not included in the delivery estimates above.
